Scott trained me this evening on the Agent Portal for our phone transition. He went over everything and encouraged me to ask questions so we can make this transition a smooth one. He was very patient and explained it step by step, assuring that I mastered this training. Totally a great teacher with a positive attitude. Great Customer support and service. He provided his number and advised to call anytime with questions. Thank you! (Not sure about the cost question on this survey)
