New to my role I had a lot of questions about our phone lines, call routing and how the calls flowed and rolled over to other extensions. Scott was great answering and addressing all my questions and requests on our call. While it was a bit of time he updated the phones as I requested. We tested the lines to verity. I got all that I needed to ensure our phones were routing and rolling over correctly. Thanks so much Scott!
